We want you to love what you ordered, but we also understand that not every purchase is exactly right, we've made returns easy.
RETURN CONDITIONS
1. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, all tags attached and be returned in original packaging, or defective merchandise purchased on D-RoseBlooming.com for return. Our 15-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase.
2. Customers returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
3. Final Sale items may not be returned.
HOW TO RETURN:
Steps are easy to follow:
1. Send us an email (service@d-roseblooming.com) within 15 days after you receive the package. (We can not accept the return over 15 days.)
Please include the following information in Email:
* Your Email address(used when placing the order)
* Order Number (your order number can be found on your shipment email).
2. Once we receive your email, we will reply you with the return codes and address.
3. Mail your return package using a traceable carrier. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non- traceable method.
4. Once we receive your package, we'll promptly process your return.
5. To avoid paying the tariff when you return your package, you’d better ship your package as "sample".
REFUNDS
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Wallet or the same payment account you used for the original purchase per your request.
Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable. (Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.) If the returned item has a tariff, you need to pay for it. Thank you for your understanding.
EXCHANGE
We are able to process exchanges. You will need to pay for the shipping fee. Refer to the return process.
